The SME Survey 2018 Launch, in partnership with Intuit Quickbooks, took place on Tuesday, 27 March at The Wanderers Club in Johannesburg.

Thank you to the SMEs and media who attended, and to our incredible speakers: Miles Khubeka, Dr Azar Jammine, Arthur Goldstuck and Francois Vorster.

If you haven't heard about Miles aka Vuyo then you are missing out! A real local-is-lekka kinda guy and a true inspiration.

According to Dr Jammine, the SA economy is improving, but sadly SA SMEs continue to lack support from government.

Arthur Goldstuck revealed key headline findings, confirming that: "Back in 2012, SMEs had not yet woken up in the online world; in 2018 SMEs are the online world."

Francois confirmed that marketing must be done properly. You can't fake it until you make it! You need to invest in a go-to market strategy and in the right people to execute.

SME Survey is the original representative survey of small, medium and micro enterprises (SMEs) in South Africa
